1. Limited Warranty Coverage: FenceX warrants our fencing products and installation services against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 Years from the date of installation. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
2. Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify FenceX in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. The notification must include a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase. FenceX reserves the right to inspect the alleged defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
3. Remedies: If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, FenceX will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or remedy the defective workmanship. The warranty coverage includes the cost of labor and materials required to address the defect. In no event shall FenceX be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a warranty claim.

7. Modifications: FenceX reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the FenceX website.
